Product shipping

The products are sent by courier or by proprietary means and are delivered safely to the address you specify.
Alternatively, and upon prior arrangement, you can pick up the products you have ordered from our store.
We also offer, upon prior arrangement, an emergency delivery service, to the location you indicate (in the event that your vehicle has been immobilized). However, this service is not described and is not supported by the e-shop itself and any agreement is upon prior arrangement by telephone or email.

Transport (within Greece)

Pickup at your location:

Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the products in the order, as well as the recipient’s address. The minimum cost of shipping products under 2 kg to the majority of Postal Codes (PC) of Attica is 6€ (incl. VAT). The minimum cost of shipping an order to remote areas of Attica and outside Attica is 8€ (incl. VAT).

You can calculate the shipping cost accurately during the check out process, before the final purchase process, after you have first defined the delivery zip code. The shipping cost is then incorporated into the total cost of the order. The calculation is based on the zip code and characteristics of the products you have added to the cart.

The shipping costs of the order are finalized after a review by the company. You will be notified of any changes to the phone numbers or emails you have provided (e.g. incorrect calculation of shipping costs, etc.).

Delivery of products to an agency of your choice (Athens):

We undertake to ship products to an agency that you indicate to us. Shipping from the agency to your location is at your own expense.

 b) By debit or credit card  (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & Diners) If you have chosen a credit card as your payment method, the process will be carried out through a banking institution that provides all the security guarantees for electronic transactions. We do not have access to card details and information on our server.

c) By cash or debit card at our store.

d) By cash on delivery, in case of service provision at the location where the vehicle is stationary (after communication).

*The amount of the deposit must correspond to the exact price of your order. Any bank charges are borne by the Customer. It is necessary to mention your order number in the justification to avoid delays. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed.
