WARRANTY

The vehicle battery warranty is confirmed by the product receipt issued on the day of purchase and by the customer card kept in our file.
The warranty covers material failure and manufacturing defects of the product for the entire period stated.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

1. Batteries that have lost their power due to loss of the electrical and electronic system of the car or any other means of transport or prolonged immobility of the vehicle.

2. Batteries that have lost their power due to a failure of the dynamo or a failure of the automatic dynamo.

3. Batteries that have lost their power due to excessive dynamo power supply (overcharging).

4. Batteries that have been hit, either on the poles or in the container.

5. Broken batteries.

6. Short circuit.

7. Batteries that have been sulfated.
Sulfation is the phenomenon observed in batteries that have been left unused for a long time. This phenomenon can be observed mainly in new types of cars that lose their power very easily due to immobility (more than 8 days, depending on the extra equipment that each vehicle has).

8 . Batteries that have been used as starters (jumsters), to provide power to any other vehicle (applies to workshops, roadside assistance and any such use).

9. Batteries that have swelled from excessive power supply (overcharging).

10. Batteries that have lost power due to the vehicle being stationary and do not recharge.

11. Batteries that have been used in an application other than that initially declared by the buyer.

12. Conventional batteries purchased for cars with a Start-Stop system.

All batteries that are under warranty are charged and checked free of charge in our store.
All checks are done at the company headquarters.
Warranties depending on the vehicle and their use may vary in Diesel engines, commercial vehicles, boats, trucks, motorcycles, tractors, construction machinery, cars with Start-Stop system.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE WILL VOID THE PRODUCT FROM WARRANTY.
